1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Your Social Hub ("YSH," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our social media content approval platform, including our website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Your Social Hub.

By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

2. Description of Service

Your Social Hub is a social media content approval platform designed for content creators, social media managers, and agencies. Our Service enables:

  • Content Management: Upload, organize, and manage images, videos, carousel posts, and stories for social media platforms
  • Client Collaboration: Share content with clients through secure share links for review and approval
  • Visual Feedback: Enable precise feedback through pinpoint comments directly on assets
  • Approval Workflows: Streamline content review with structured approval states (draft, in review, approved, revisions needed, rejected)
  • Content Calendar: Schedule and visualize content publication through grid and calendar views
  • Auto-Publication: Automatically publish approved content to connected Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts
  • AI-Powered Insights: Receive intelligent feedback summaries and content recommendations

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a security risk.

4. User Roles and Responsibilities

Our platform supports different user roles with specific permissions:

Creators

Creators can upload, edit, and manage content; create and manage projects; and submit content for client review. Creators are responsible for ensuring they have all necessary rights to the content they upload.

Clients

Clients can view content submitted for review, provide feedback, and approve or request revisions to content. Clients agree to provide constructive feedback and make timely review decisions.

5. Content Ownership and Licenses

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

  • Store, process, and display your content to provide the Service
  • Share your content with users you designate (e.g., clients, team members)
  • Publish your content to connected social media platforms when you authorize publication
  • Create thumbnails, previews, and optimize content for display purposes

This license terminates when you delete your content from the Service, except for content that has been published to external platforms or shared with other users.

Content Representations

You represent and warrant that: (a) you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, and permissions to use and authorize us to use your User Content; (b) your User Content does not infringe any third party's intellectual property or other rights; and (c) your User Content complies with all applicable laws and these Terms.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload, post, or share content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code that may harm the Service or other users
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service, other accounts, or computer systems
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Service without our express written permission
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers and networks connected to it
  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
  • Use the Service for any commercial purpose not expressly permitted by these Terms

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates this policy and to suspend or terminate accounts of repeat offenders.

7. Social Media Account Connections

Our Service allows you to connect your Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts for content publication. By connecting your social media accounts, you:

  • Authorize us to access your connected accounts to publish approved content on your behalf
  • Confirm that you have the necessary administrative rights to connect and manage these accounts
  • Understand that published content will be subject to the terms and policies of the respective social media platforms
  • Accept responsibility for all content published through the Service to your connected accounts

We do not control the availability or functionality of third-party platforms. You acknowledge that social media platforms may change their APIs or policies, which may affect our ability to provide certain features.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Your Social Hub and its licensors. This includes:

  • Our trademarks, logos, and brand elements (including "Your Social Hub" and "YSH")
  • Software, code, and technical implementations
  • User interface designs, graphics, and visual elements
  • Documentation, tutorials, and other written content

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or included software without our prior written consent.

9. Payment Terms

Certain features of the Service may require payment. If you subscribe to a paid plan:

  • You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan as described at the time of purchase
  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan
  • You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for recurring subscription fees
  • All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law
  • We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers

If payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features until the outstanding balance is resolved.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT
  • WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE
  • WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE

We do not warrant that content published through our Service will achieve any particular results on social media platforms, including engagement metrics, reach, or follower growth.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOUR SOCIAL HUB AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service
  • Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service
  • Actions taken by third-party social media platforms, including account suspensions or content removals
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or content by third parties

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Your Social Hub and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any rights of a third party.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include:

  • Violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
  • Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
  • Non-payment of applicable fees
  • Extended periods of inactivity
  • Requests from law enforcement or government agencies

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may request a copy of your content before termination by contacting us. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Zurich, Switzerland.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

  • Posting the updated Terms on our website
  • Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
  • Sending you an email notification for significant changes (if you have an account)

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Your Social Hub regarding your use of the Service. These Terms supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
